Room 20-- This petite room is on the second floor of the mansion and has a full size bed and private balcony overlooking world famous Bourbon Street. Due to the smaller size of this room in comparison with our other rooms, it is best suited for one guest.
Room 30- This petite room with exposed brickwork has one full bed. Due to the smaller size of this room in comparison with our other rooms, it is best suited for one guest. This room adjoins room 31.

Rooms 5, 24 and 34-- Room 5 is located in our lush courtyard and has a queen bed. This room has a very small staircase that leads to a sitting area. Room 24 is located on the second floor and is right next to our second floor shared balcony.
Room 34 is on the third floor and is located on the shared courtyard balcony.

Rooms 25 and 35-- These rooms are located on the second and third floors, respectively. These charming rooms each have 2 queen size beds and sleeps a maximum of 4 guests per room. These rooms share the courtyard balcony area with one other room (34), all of which overlook the courtyard below and offers stunning French Quarter and City skyline views.

Room 40-- Our top floor unit is one of the highest points in the entire French Quarter and offers some of the most absolutely stunning views of the city skyline. This open concept loft style unit has 2 queen beds and sleeps up to 4 guests. Note: Guests of this unit must be able to walk one flight of stairs, as our elevator stops on floor 3.

Rooms 23 and 33-- These rooms are located in the mansion on the second and third floors, respectively. Both spacious rooms have king beds and are decorated with beautiful antiques. (23 adjoins room 22; 33 adjoins room 32)

Rooms 22 and 32-- We have two rooms with a king size bed and a private Saint Philip Street balcony. Room 22 is located on the second floor of the mansion and it's balcony is covered, while Room 32 is located on the third floor; both rooms offer amazing views of the French Quarter and the world famous Bourbon Street. Each room is filled with a plethora of beautiful antiques.
(22 adjoins with room 23; 32 adjoins with room 33).

Room 21-- This unique room is on the second floor of the mansion and has a private balcony overlooking world famous Bourbon Street. It is furnished with a king size bed, which sleeps a maximum of 2 persons.

Room 31--
This one of a kind king bedroom has one king bed with one of the largest private balconies overlooking world famous Bourbon Street. This is the largest and most sought after accommodation in the house. Exquisite French Quarter and City views from this third floor perch make this one of the most sought after in the French Quarter and is a favorite for celebrities and has been used in numerous film and television productions. Sleeps a maximum of 2 guests.
This room adjoins Room 30 (Full Bed in a Petite Room).
